First, I must mention that I’m not a fan of forced audience engagement, because you never know where your audience is at, but Diana actually won me over with the way that she engaged the audience, where it made sense.

It was a logical fit with the theme (Laughs to Riches – PSASA Midterm Convention 2024) and the caveat there is that it is not always a logical fit, so it was very impressive to see how some of our speakers made that work.
